NevoMove was born from one simple idea: make walking engaging enough that people genuinely want to move every day. Nevomon, however, come from somewhere else.
In NevoMove lore, Nevomon do not originally exist in our dimension. They appear through portals linked to NevoCore, energy cores able to form a stable symbiosis with a specific species.
Our world had no Nevomon at all. Their presence only became possible once the first NevoCore started stabilizing bridges between dimensions.
Each NevoCore carries the energetic signature of one species. It does not capture a creature in the usual sense: it opens a coherent portal and lets the right Nevomon be summoned safely.
When a Nevomon needs recovery, it crosses back through its portal. When players say they catch one, what really happens is a stable summoning made possible by walking and accumulated energy.
The NevoMove universe has been built over several years, through experiments, pauses, and a creative reboot designed to become an original and durable product.
Lorenzo built an early browser game around creatures and progression, already with the ambition to create a world people would want to come back to every day.
The project briefly returns and reaches around 1000 players. But it still relied on licensed references, which made it impossible to turn into a healthy commercial foundation.
The idea matures: rebuild everything around a fully original universe, with its own creatures, rules, tone, and a stronger long-term identity.
The technical foundations of the older project are reused, but the vision changes completely: walking becomes the gameplay engine. NevoMove is born from that fusion between sport motivation, daily progression, and virtual companions.
Walking makes your Nevomon grow, gives them experience, and eventually triggers their evolutions. Battles also help them progress. That connection between real physical activity, team progression, and long-term motivation is what holds the whole experience together.
