NevoMove Privacy Policy

1. Data collection

NevoMove collects only the data strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the application and for improving the user experience.

The email address is collected during registration to allow user account creation, login, and the delivery of service-related information.

Game data is collected to ensure progress saving, proper operation of game mechanics, display of statistics, and management of unlocked elements.

Certain movement and physical activity data may be used to enable activity tracking features and gameplay mechanics based on user movement.

Core Motion

NevoMove may use the Core Motion framework to detect activity and retrieve certain movement-related information more quickly, primarily to improve the responsiveness and fluidity of the application.

Data obtained through Core Motion is used solely for activity detection and gameplay-related features.

Apple Health data via HealthKit

With your explicit consent, the NevoMove application may access certain physical activity data from Apple’s Health app via HealthKit, including but not limited to step count, distance traveled, calories burned, floors climbed and other activity-related metrics.

This data is used exclusively to enable physical activity tracking, progression systems, activity history, statistics, validation of activity data when required, and reward mechanics within the application.

HealthKit data is never used for advertising purposes and is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties.

NevoMove does not use HealthKit data for any purpose other than those described above.

Depending on your usage, this data may be processed directly on your device. Certain information may be securely synchronized with our servers to ensure continuity of your experience, including progression, statistics, and activity history displayed within the application.

You can manage or revoke access to HealthKit data at any time through your iPhone or iPad settings, as well as through the Apple Health app.

During registration, your email address may be added to our mailing list to inform you about application updates, new features, and improvements. You can unsubscribe at any time.

2. Use of data

The collected data is used exclusively to provide access to application features, improve user experience, ensure proper service operation, communicate with the user when necessary, and send information related to the evolution of the application if the user has given consent.

3. Data sharing

NevoMove does not sell or share any personal data with third parties.

Certain information may be publicly visible as part of the application’s social features, such as leaderboards, displayed only under a pseudonym.

Data may be disclosed if required by law or as part of a legal obligation.

4. Security

Technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its deletion, object to its processing, and request data portability.
